Development Phase

Once you have been through the Discovery Phase, it's time for the Development Phase. Here are your next steps as you move forward in the planting process.

Step 1: Background check and psychological assessment.

Step 2: Develop a preliminary MAP (Ministry Action Plan) and budget.

Step 3: Meet with your district superintendent and your district NCD team.

Step 4: Register to take part in our new Prospective Planters Missional Academy, a nearly yearlong program to help prepare prospective planters succeed.
